Daniel Efrati and Shelly Landsmann identify Israel’s need for modern, high-density data-center capacity and partners with the Noé Group and David Bloom to launch NED
We founded NED to bring world-class data center infrastructure to Israel, built with engineering excellence and long-term reliability at its core. In 2021, the region lacked modern capacity to support rising cloud and AI demand, so we set out to create a platform ready for the next decade of digital growth.
Our vision is to position Israel as a strategic hub between Europe, Asia, and Africa, strengthening regional connectivity and enabling the global flow of data. As we continue to scale, we are also expanding our footprint into key European markets, building on our proven model to support hyperscale and neo cloud growth across EMEA.
We partner with hyperscale, cloud, and enterprise customers to deliver scalable, transparent infrastructure. Backed by decades of experience across design, construction, and mission-critical operations, we provide true end-to-end execution from site selection and power strategy through build, operations, and long-term continuity.
