HR Specialist
The Opportunity
NED is looking for an HR Specialist with a strong passion for building and strengthening our culture, alongside a proven ability to identify and attract exceptional talent. The ideal candidate will be skilled at recruiting complex and hard-to-find profiles, identifying strong alignment with NED’s culture and values, and leading recruitment processes from end to end.
This position reports directly to the CEO, with a direct role in shaping who joins NED and how we build and develop the company.
Location
On-site daily in Tel Aviv.
Hours
09:00–18:00
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other relevant channels.
- Track key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate.
Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement
- Lead initiatives that strengthen NED’s values, culture, and workplace identity.
- Run employee engagement surveys, analyze the results, and drive meaningful, actionable improvements based on employee feedback.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles and hiring priorities.
- Run a fair and structured interview process while ensuring a strong candidate experience.
- Design and continuously improve the onboarding process, while ensuring all hiring practices comply with applicable labor laws.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
- Organize team events, internal communication, and recognition programs.
- Support employer branding and retention initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
Comfortable using AI tools for sourcing, screening, and professional writing.
Strong computer skills and experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and MS Office or Google Workspace.
